We offer two programs that will steer you on the road to toal compliance and keep you there.
TOTAL COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
The total compliance program guarantees 30 hours of consulting yearly with two on-site visits per month. Services provided include:

monitoring employees for workplace hazards, including air and noise monitoring

permitting requirements for stormwater, NPDES, and Clean Air permits

reporting requirements, such as OSHA 300 Log, SARA 313 (form R), 311, and 312 (tier I and II)

ensuring that documentation is in compliance with all OSHA and EPA regulations
The first visit includes an audit of the facility to determine the areas that need to be customized and prioritized to meet OSHA and EPA regulations and deadlines.
A comprehensive monthly schedule is created to address these areas until your company is in compliance with regulatory requirements.
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
The maintenance program ensures your company stays in compliance with changing governmental regulations.

This program consists of an annual review and update of reporting, permitting, and training requirements. The program guarantees 12- hours of consulting yearly with one on-site visit per month
The programs provided are provided on a month-to-month basis, giving you the option of canceling the contract at any time without penalty.
